Tickets are available for booking through this website or at the entrance (unless we are at capacity).
Tickets purchased on unauthorized websites or through scalpers will not be honored. -
The best way to guarantee entry is to book online in advance. It’s possible to purchase tickets at the entrance, unless we are at capacity. Keep in mind that we do not accept cash payments.

Mall of America has plenty of parking spots. The closest parking area to the us is the North parking lot.

Visitors traveling from the MSP Airport can use the Hiawatha Line (Route 55), a fast service from both airport terminals to Mall of America. Visitors coming from Minneapolis can use the Hiawatha Light Rail (Route 55), a frequent line from downtown (5th Street) to the Mall of America. Visitors arriving from St. Paul can use Route 54, a limited stop-service from downtown (6th and 7th Streets) to Mall of America.

The experience should last between 45 and 90 minutes, but usually takes about an hour.

Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. There are a few rooms with slanted floors that are not as accessible but those can be bypassed on your visit.

No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

Tickets are not required for children ages four and under. They can enter MOI for free!
